Setting up a TSC3 to the ALDOT Network

Hi love your videos I have a question for you that might sound odd. I am fairly new to total station surveying, I do mostly construction, I do run a Trimble rts 555 with a nomad data collector, really like it but its range is limited, is it possible to get a better range? With a radio or maybe switch out the WiFi cover on the gun with a radio, or can i use a radio connected with a cable to gun?

Good this service is only for Alabama. Is RTx service for all countries or America only?

Just spoke with the RTX product manager at Trimble. Hopefully I will have a RTX video by Monday.
