Howdy Mr. UA, It’s great to see you back on KZbin and in good health. I’m in a similar place to you in that I have a 150 gallon and am trying to figure out what to do with it. So far I’ve come to this conclusion and since you’ve asked for ideas I will share. There is a species of pickerel that lives in the United States, it’s called a Redfin Pickerel they’re absolutely beautiful and only get about 12-14 inches. I would procure one of these and keep it with some large Geophagus. According to a Nanfa article I read they are very docile with fish that don’t fit in their mouth and aren’t very good at defending themselves(that’s why I’d go with something peaceful like Geophagus). They are very good jumpers so I suggest a secure lid if you decide to keep them but I think if their tank is set up properly they’d flourish. That’s my idea for you, sorry about the long paragraph.

I was getting a 150 gallon tank cus my fish where feting to big for my 55 but now I’m ending up on getting a 180 gallon tank I found a 300 gallon but it was used they are the same price tho and I have no where to put a 300 in my room with 2 other tanks

yes, that is the Aqueon 120g, 4x2x2, its an amazing tank though. the Aqueon/AGA 150s are 6 feet long. I own the 150g size but i have always wanted to own the 4x2x2 size as well.

Don't feel so bad I spent 260 dollars on 150. Leaked and drained it and repair the seal. Need to build a stand. Ya heavy I have older 150 gallon aquarium built in 1989
