This is a fine correlation to cooking food expertly. 50 mins of mis en place. 9 minutes of actual heat in the pan. IOW, no amount of heat can repair dinner when the onions aren't chopped.

Hello! Watching your great show from Belgium! If ATC says report a 3 mile left base, what does mean? Is it a ‘wider’ base that intercepts a 3 mile final? Or a ‘normal’ base that intercept a +/_ 1 mile final, but 3 mile out on the pattern side? I am confused! Thanks for your help!
