Hello! Luckily, the implementation of the Quest 3 is relatively separate from adding a connection between an SQL database and Unity. There are a handful of threads online to add in this functionality manually, but if I were adding this in myself I might start with the Unity Asset Store where I see a few 5 star applications that have been developed by Unity users - assetstore.unity.com/search#q=sql
