Hi, im setting up my E3300 on my mac, once i get at the "test print" section it does not print and showing exclamation icon. If you open the window notification, it shows printing-connected to printer. What should I do?

I'm trying to setup but when I get to the point where I need to choose my wireless router it does not appear. I've tried entering it manually but can't get it to work. Any ideas? My router is set up and works, it just doesn't appear in the setup.

Hi, Allison! If the method shown in this video hasn't worked for you, you may want to try using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) instead if your router is equipped for it. If your router has a WPS button, check out canon.us/bm7vr for a video with step-by-step instructions. Hope this helps!

The website has changed from the time this video was created - when i enter the model number for my printer or for that matter any random number, it shows me a button to download drivers versus what this video shows where it asks to click 'Setup'. And if i move ahead with downloading the drivers, it shows me that a fatal error has occurred and doesnt let me download the drivers.

Hi, Vishal! While we have made some modifications to the site in the years since this video was published, the process is still largely the same. When you arrive at ij.start.canon, click "Set Up (Start Here)" and either enter your model number or click the model number from the categories below. Then, just click the "Download" button and you should be able to launch the installer from there. If that isn't working for you, try using a different browser. You can also try downloading the necessary files from the PIXMA TS3120 support page at canon.us/3fWC7qH Hope this helps!

Hi! If you're unable to use a wireless router, your PIXMA TS3120 can communicate directly with your Wi-Fi devices using Wi-Fi Direct. Your printer's manual has more infroamtion on how to set this up. Hope that helps!

Hi, Aliul! If you're being prompted for a password to access your printer on your network, the password is the printer's serial number. You'll find this on a white label on the back of the printer, and it consists of 4 letters followed by 5 numbers (for example, "ABCD12345"). We hope this helps!
