If you do the biohazard quest and have to transfer the few quest items simply charter, then world hop to f2p. The items are now members item and you can teleport to varrock. After that world hop back to members and walk the little distant you have left.

This change could signify reaching a point where you no longer need to concern yourself with specific monsters in an area. actually deranged arch would be impossibly rng on an account like this. Tar beasts are REALLY hard to pass by and not take damage and there's an rng check with the spiked mushroom every time you go to deranged arch. I had a skiller pure account (during leagues) that had to brute force getting over there for the mushroom tree to try to get a mushroom for a task. Plus! you have to go thru that god forsaken swamp at least once to unlock a safe way of getting to him easily I even remember trying to use hoop snakes to like distract them or whatever and it was not a safe method for an account that can't take damage.

Just a tip for when safe spotting things like the mourner at 6:50, you could tag the NPC's true tile and get an extra tick or 2 of time to react if he starts moving towards you.

A couple of things, firstly there is a goblin in the cave east of the fishing guild that is always aggressive no matter what cmb lvl you are. Second, you could make a second test account that could do the quests and stuff at the exact same cmb lvl first so you know it's not going to be dangerous. For example the mourner in the plagues city quest you could have tested the safespot before you did it on nightmare mode.

Honestly as much as I love this challenge I’d prefer to see a series where whatever your hp level is that’s your life points permanently. You start with 10hp if you take 7 damage you permanently have 3hp from now on and every level you get in hp increases your life by +1. It’s still a very intense series but allows you to take more risks and could last way longer if you play safely. Would allow access to way more quests and activities that you deem worthy of risking your permanent hp for, you could prepare for difficult tasks by leveling up your hp ahead of time. LIKE PLEASE SO SETTLED CAN SEE *edit rs3 player here, referred to it as constitution instead of hp lol
