Great show Rob. Loved the good humour on stage especially when you were smashing in the snare intro to “Roxanne” and Jacob’s guitar wasn’t plugged in. Nice ad lib. Was nice to meet my drum sensai after the show!

Very nice! Why did you choose matched grip on this? I feel it's harder to turn the stick, and in this tune, there are a lot of alternating between rim shots and snare.

This particular theatre is pretty live. During soundcheck the soundguy kindly asked if I could control my snare volume and it’s easier for me to do that with matched.
