A few avocados all perfectly ripe at the same time... What sorcery is this?!

Love the input! I’m also challenged with avocados at the same ripeness…any suggestion tips out there in Well your World land?!

Okay here is the secret. Buy green avocados several days prior to making this recipe. Then as they ripen ( which is a few days) stick them in the fridge which stops the ripening. When you have 3, 4 or 5 all in the fridge you’re ready to go
@kirlynz25549 ай бұрын
@@jeanettegiles6155 this is my trick too! Gone are the days where I have to use an avocado within 5 minutes of it ripening or risk it going to waste! Putting it in the fridge at the exact right moment of ripeness can buy me up to an extra WEEK of ripe avocado perfection! 🥑🤌🏼

Don't forget to buy the avocados that still have the stem. Once the stem falls off they begin to oxidize and turn brown.

I just want say I just tried your Italian dressing on my big salad today....omg it's so good. Not too sweet, very tangy from vinegar..and most important not oily. I really thought it would not adhere to the salad but it did. I am going to marinate some vegetables to grill for tomorrow.

I've recently changed my opinion of fatty whole plant foods. I used to think they were fine under any circumstances, but my opinion is now that they're bad for anyone who is even slightly overweight, or who has the slightest bit of diabetes. If you're slim and active, nuts and avocado is probably okay in small amounts, but the vast majority of people should be avoiding them 100%. The push by many highly regarded vegan doctors, to recommend nuts as "healthy sources of fat" is wrong. No matter the source, high fat foods worsen nitric oxide production, and induce lipemia.
