Sadly impressive that you start with the feet and sensory feedback! Especially dealing with cramped toes!! Thank you for always delivering excellent tips for improving our physical health!

In case it wasn’t clear, I said sadly impressive because nearly every thing I’ve seen on this topic just jumps right in with exercises… As if it’s mainly a musculature issue

Besides the valuable information you provide to your viewers and the detailed body exercises, the video quality, camera shots, and scene transitions are excellent, very professional. Thank you, I follow every one of your videos. Do you have a pelvic muscle exercise video?

Thank you. I will definitely try this. After chemo and radiation, my balance is terrible.

Thanks for the exercises, I'm going to try these as I'm aware of losing my sense of balance, not good for stairs.

I wish my mum and dad could do this, I'm sure it would improve their quality of life but I feel it is too late for them now being in their 80s and both quite ill. Mum in particular just would not be able to do it.

@@vonage_sasb9356 I applaud your positive attitude but that simply is not true. Every single one of us will reach a point when it is too late. My mum is bedridden, she can't stand let alone walk. Her chances of doing balance exercises are exactly zero
