man a couple of years have passed now but at the time i did a workout every 2 days so i had 1 day in between to rest my legs (that i later found out it´s really important) and my workout consisted in several squats about 3 times 15 with no weights , a lot of abs like 150-200 (crazy but i started with 50) and a very important thing to me was to just jump as high as i could every single time ( PE classes , practices , during the break with my friends) and eventually i started to jump higher and higher until i did my first dunks

Seventh Woods is the number 1 rated kid in the 2016 class on SportsPresstv. I don’t know what the other recruiting services are doing, he is clearly the top player. Giles is hurt, and he has a tremendous handle and coupled with elite athleticism.

It's really a metaphor... Of course sleep is good but he wants you to understand how bad you want it, and that nothing else then your success matters (and yes, sleep is important for success).

@NPow9410 жыл бұрын
Swavey Khid its easy to say you can be on the same level, but you need to put in more work than everyone else. call me a hater, but you should use it as fuel to make yourself better.
@FBSxPOLO10 жыл бұрын
Im not gonna sit here and say how much work i put in cuz if you really put in work its a normal thing, not something to make seem so huge , but anyways ive gotten better in a year completely transformed and i know i could do the same thing next year, its all about progression i compete with myself tho not anyone else
