Hi, Ann! We are From Bellingham and Stemma is our favorite brewery!! We loved Seville! We spent a month in Valencia and Alicante as well. We liked Alicante a lot for the beaches and smaller town vibe. Valencia was just too big for us. It really depends on what you are looking for. Seville was amazing!! Safe travels and thank you for watching!! Cheers!!🍻

We too got back from Spain on Nov 8. Didn't cover much there other than Barcelona and Roda Golf Resorts near Murcia since we spent a most of our time in Milan, Lake Como, Venice and Cinque Terre and teh French Riviera (Marseilles and Nice. Our plan was to spend time in Valencia, Alicante, Malaga etc but then not enough time. I see good deals from Dallas Tx to Alicante at less than $500 round trip and almost ready to take a plunge to spend time in Valencia /Alicante etc... For Spain you dont need any COVID test leaving US so not a bad deal now. Definitelt in Feb / March when Covid quietens will take that trip. Love Spain.

We recently did a trip to Spain / Italy late Oct to Nov. Travelling to Spain from US is a breeze- No need for COVID test etc. just have to have proof of 2 vaccinations and obtain a QR code prior to departure. Spain we had no issues in Barcelona / other places like business as usual. Just wear the mask and be prepared to have your 2 vaccination record when travelling on trains. If you are travelling within Spain no issues at this time if you are careful and take precaution regardless what others around you do.

We will touch on it for sure. Cook Master is correct, it is pretty easy to travel to Spain. We now need to navigate our net destination. CHEERS!!

Apologies for not being clear. I am wondering what it’s like to travel, walk, tourist and enjoy life in Spain during COVID-19. Is everyone wearing masks, being considerate, etc. do you “worry” if you get covid ? Are places, and transportation more difficult to enter. Do you worry about hotspots and anti vaxxers. In other words, how does COVID-19 change your tourist behavior and limit opportunities

Is there a direct train from Alicante to seville? or you have to go to Madrid first and transfer. We love your videos so much that we booked or trip to Spain for April and we planning to travel for 30 days. We are following your cities. Madrid, Seville, Malaga, Granada, Alicante, Valencia, and Barcelona. We still training to decide how many days to stay in Seville and Valencia. any tips? Thank you for your videos and information. We love your videos and we will continue follow you.
@BrianandCarrie
@BrianandCarrie 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much for following us! Yes, you do have to switch trains in Midrid. When you get off the train in Midrid you will stay on the upper level of the train station. That's were all the trains heading south depart from. You will need to show your tickets and go back through security but it's really easy. We really enjoyed Seville and preferred it over Valencia. I would give 4-5 days in each city but definitely use any extra time in Seville. Thank you again for your support and safe travels. Cheers 🍻

Hi Carrie & Brian, I’m planning a trip to Spain. Flying into Seville. Solo traveler. Experienced. This Covid has put a curve into planning trip. After watching your videos I’m thinking perhaps staying a three weeks in Seville and doing side trips to different towns? Or would you suggest leaving Seville and staying overnight in each town like Cordoba, Malaga,Granada, Cadiz etc. would you be able to recommend? Or I can stay in Seville take train to each city. I stayed in Barcelona three weeks and explored all the cities museums I wanted.! It worked out perfectly! Love Barcelona.

Day trips out of Sevilla are about 2 to 4 hours round trip depending on where you are going. I guess we would prefer staying in Sevilla and doing day trips out. However, if we were vacationing it may be easier to travel from town to town and spend more time in each location. You do need to spend at least 5 days in Sevilla. Also, we didn't have any problems in Sevilla with Covid. We are not sure what, if any, restrictions are now but once you get there you won't have any problems. Hope this helps. Safe travels. Cheers!!!🍻

Do you find an Air BnB that you like and ask about monthly pricing? Have fun in the big city. Hopefully nice weather.

AirBnB has nightly and monthly pricing already set up. If you book for a month you get the monthly rate automatically. The weather has been great and we are loving Sevilla! CHEERS!!

Congratulations, great videos, do not miss "cazon en adobo" that it is a typical shark tapa "tortilla de camarones" and if you like snails, snails, they are cheap and are a good companion to take with a beer. What I would like to watch in your channel in the future is also reactions to local food, one day eating authentic valencian paella in Valencia or arroz a banda in Alicante, would have been great videos. Do not miss concha fina, espetos, y boqueron frito in Málaga if you go there or traditional tuna dishes in Cadiz - you can go one day there from Sevilla -. And it would have been "one day is one day" as we say in Castilian, not breaking your rule of eating at home.

Thank you for your videos! We are planning a trip to Spain in Feb/March 2022, and will be visiting some of the same areas. We especially liked that you showed your travel day from Alicante to Sevilla through Madrid. We are trying to determine the best route/mode of transportation from Alicante to Malaga, and now think we might follow your route through Madrid, spend some time in Sevilla, and then on to Malaga. Was the train as easy as it seemed in your video? Were you able to see much of the countryside? Not from the beverage car of course, lol! My husband is 6'5, so he definitely would not be able to see out those windows!
@BrianandCarrie
@BrianandCarrie 3 жыл бұрын
We would suggest taking the train, it is as easy as it looks. It's 2.5 hrs from Alicante to Madrid and another 2.5 to Sevilla. The connection was also easy once we figured out where to go. When connecting, stay upstairs. You will go back through security to get to the terminal that takes you to Sevilla, Malaga or any destination heading south. enjoy your trip!! CHEERS!!
