Beautiful quilt, so summery looking. I think the pattern is called "Irish Chain" and it's the quilt I have top of my list to make by machine piecing (I've only ever hand pieced so far). I am finishing my second quilt only, queen sized memory photo quilt totally hand sewn and I sew like you. I put the entire quilt on the table to take the weight off. Yes, it’s a lot of work, I’m busy now 20 months and I’ve had my frustrations because of what I’ve chosen to do, but I absolutely loved doing it for my son. I’m in Croatia at the minute as I’m finishing it off. I’ve learned something here because I always start in the middle. Thank you.
