The pattern is thrown together from two store available patterns: raglan sleeve shirt and zipper hoodie. There are tons of them in the wild, so you can put them together but don't forget to adapt them to your own needs.
If you have trouble customizing sewing patterns, youtube has a lot of videos on how other people did adaption. You can also go by feeling and measuring yourself (that's how I do it). It also helps to try and imagine how you want each pattern piece to sit on your body.

There is a facing added here for the zipper, so it looks even more aesthetically pleasing.
