Lovely. Thank you for sharing your English piecing. I just got some jelly rolls and 1” pre cut hexagons that I’m cutting out now. Can’t wait to start sewing them together. That quilt at the end was lovely ... you’re right, that button fabric was a perfect border

I have made the hexagon quilts and I cut with scissors but I make disposable papers using the catalogue papers. The design is one of my favorite quilt patterns. A very beautiful quilts indeed.

Wow, wow & wow. What an excellent tutorial. I too have been extremely scared about trying this, until now that is. I've have had several ppl show me how to do this and have never quite understood. Your video is the best tutorial ever and I'm now gonna go out this afternoon and re purchase some die cut hexagons ready to have another go at this.. Fingers and toes crossed. If anyone is interested I'll post again in a cpl of days and let u know how I got on ❤❤😊😊

Is that possible to order hexagone who matches with the same size of half hexagone, triangles, diamond, etc. Can you tell me how to know how to order all the shape of paper who can go together with the size?? I want to make an other quilt than only hexies with different forms, but on your internet site, I was not sure if they go together!

That’s a very clear tutorial thank you. Do you stitch through the paper piece, some people say not to, but I get on better if I do.

Very good and easy to follow tutorial. But I have a question, how do yo finish the back of the quilt? I imagine all those borders of the hexagon shapes loose and unsewed. Maybe in this case you might sew a whole piece of fabric of the complete size of the quilt to the back, but if it is not a quilt and you perhaps make a dress or a blouse with these shapes... how can you finish it from the back side?
