You will need to refer to the pattern for sizing and for shape templates so make sure to grab it before you start! Like always the pattern is included in the precut kit.
IF YOU ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES sewing this together first check your triangle template. If that is correct measure your pieces against the sizes listed in the pattern. If your precut kit is cut incorrectly reach out to the company where you purchased the kit and they will be able to help you (we sell this pattern wholesale and several people carry it and manufacture their own kits).
While this tutorial is detailed, I would not recommend this as a first quilting project, but it is perfect for someone who is looking to expand their skills beyond sewing squares together. Quilted table runner tutorials are a great way to make fast quilt projects to enhance your sewing skills. Sewing tutorials that go with patterns like this are also super helpful!

The Tree Trunks the directions are so confusing, nowhere in the fabric cutting instructions tells you the fabric needs to be cut, the directions say cut 3.5 square and then it says its up to you what size to cut?? Having a 3-inch trunk would be ridiculous. So how Im reading the direction at this point I need to figure out how to cut and size it ?

How do i get my triangles at the same heights. I M struggling.

Hi Cathy, the first place I recommend starting is to check that you have everything cut to the proper size. After that you may find it easier to sew just 2 triangles at a time to make a bunch of little units then sew it all together. That gives them a little more stability to put them together and it can help a lot :)
