@@WSADKO SG is short for "Speedghost". You can get an sg from un-flat bits of land or USF pads (Only certain tracks have USF pads). You pretty much always see pro players going for the SG near the end, due to how it gives them a big burst of speed, but you need to "froggy" (repeatedly hop with L or R) to keep that momentum, which is why you'll see them hopping a lot.
