Thank you for this holiday share. I loved seeing the shops but the architecture, oh my, it takes my breath away! I always have a Japanese fan nearby to help manage my comfort when hot flashes hit😂. I e not been to Spain, but time in Italy was much the same…siesta in the afternoons, late dinners. And escape into the beautiful cathedrals and churches on hot days. ❤ your makes.

Beautiful lace linen…. Love the idea of down the back or a sleeve. Might be a little wide for a sleeve… maybe not. Dramatic piece: dress or long duster coat? How would it look down one side of front? Play with it draped different ways: sleeve, back (even off center), off center front… have fun😊

Well Lisa!! Where to start….. Valencia is such a beautiful city. I loved my visit there (several years ago now). I settled down with my post yoga coffee and scone to watch you and I have my Spanish fan by my side - that hand painted vintage one is a beauty What a fabulous shop Christine has - you could spend hours just browsing I think a shirt would be beautiful made from that lovely table cloth - centre back panel and possibly on the sleeves Thank you for a wee trip down memory lane 🤓🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

So beautiful, thank you for sharing all of that - a mini vicarious vacation for me 😊. The culottes look gorgeous! Very impressed. I could totally see the beautiful stitch pattern down the back of a button down shirt, or even offset down the front, eg next to or as the button placket. Would be such a unique make. My sister & I are in Malaga for about 2½ weeks end of March/24 for our what is becoming, annual European spring vaca. Spain is on tap this year. The Algarve & amsterdam /23, Azores/22. Will be staying in Malaga but intend to travel up to Barcelona & Valencia intermittently perhaps on the train for day trips. Going with no plans really as we usually do. Button shop will be on the list to stop in. Any other videos you might be planning for this area would be great. Not planning to rent a car. But maybe for a couple days of hiking/golfing etc. Anyway thanks for the video.

That’s so great! I’m sure you’ll love it. I’ve never been to Malaga, but I’ve heard it’s amazing. Just a heads up that Valencia and Barcelona aren’t really day trips away, especially by train. You could find a cheap flight, though!

@@Lisamakes ... Yea unfortunately they aren't. But overnight seems doable. Have to see that church afterall. We just hate dragging suitcase around so will prob be doubling up on accom here and there. But so far Malaga will be home base. Good deal on that one. I told my fam "I might not come back"!!! But I said that about the Azores and the algarve also. Bahaha

The tablecloth lace looks to be crochet. It’s hand made. Crochet cannot be produced by machine.
