I just want to thank you for showing the technique with the boxed corners where you backstitch then bring the next seam right next to it and sew. This saved my sanity! Makes it so much easier to box the corners! ❤

Thank you for the adorbs riff on this pattern. Now then, this sewist didn’t have any fun bits to throw in (although a mondo stash of glitter was used in copious amounts); therefore, I took leftover jelly vinyl scraps and chunked them up using scalloped pinking shears! Super cute and fun ☺️

@LaurenMormino Can you use double-sided tape or HH-66 Vinyl Cement to lock in confetti/glitter then use a cloth binding on the edge to hide (your sins) the seams? Also by locking the edges with HH-66 Vinyl Cement, you'd be able to add a lightweight oil (very small amount) so the confetti/glitter flows better for a snow globe type of effect. Depends on the type of glitter. They make environmentally friendly glitter. The use of glitter in the craft industry is much smaller than you may realize. Many other industries use far more polluting glitter. Glitter is in products you may not know about, such as in paper money.
