@@SewingStash I'm pretty new at sewing, but I do keep a tea tin where I'm sewing to put my small fabric scraps, thread, and yarn in. I don't toss it, but put it aside in a bag when it's full. I've seen a lot of projects to use small scraps on and hope to use them one day. I also think a large ruler is nice for marking lines on fabric.

@@SonyaandSidney a tea tin!! I wish my scrapes were that small he he he. I keep all my scraps and thread. I have three big boxes now ha ha ha. I use the tiny scrapes for stuffing and the larger scrapes I keep to make small projects. Which reminds me, I should really start making a lot of small projects ha ha ha. Large rulers most defiantly an important tool.

@@SewingStash I keep my larger scraps in a bag and scraps that can be used again in garments I put in with my fabric stash. But there are always tiny pieces that are cut or cleaned up that can go into my tea tin. :)

As a grandma who works full-time i dont want to hem curtains etc. Sewing is MY hobby and I'm not adding work to my hobby. Also dont know anyone who has a sewing machine that looks like a biscuit tin! 😳😎
