My upper thread got stuck near upper thread channel and before the take up lever, how do I remove the thread that is stuck?

Thanks for the review...please tell us whether the machine excepts other designs accept for the ones it comes with...like the bees...can I load my own designs?

Unfortunately we don't stock the Brother PS500 but we do have a very similar model which is the Brother NV1300. We will be reviewing that very soon, watch this space!

Hello, it doesn't come with an extension table, however there is an expansion pack available. If you email us at [e-mail] and let us know the model of your current machine, we can let you know if your extension table will fit.
