BERNINA L460 Overlocker

An overview of the BERNINA L460 Overlocker similar but different from the BERNINA L450.
L460 has the BERNINA Free Hands System, Same wonderful motor as our sewing machines, BERNINA Foot Peddle which is interchangeable with sewing machines and Included slide on tray.

Wonderful video! I was gifted this machine by my aunt however, there was no foot pedal. I was looking all over to order one until your video explained that I could use the same one from my other Bernina. I have always used the 800DL but am excited to try this one as a replacement and am excited to look at all the videos you have. (I'm not much of a manual reader...:)) Thank you so much!

This is what I have. I threaded it but it doesn't really sew. Im using outdoor canvas,not really thick. I thought id rethread it and see if that helps,any thoughts?

Thankyou Cody, I have the old 1150MTC one and love it. The motor on this new one sounds a bit like the L220 coverstitch machine I bought before it was deleted and not made by Juki anymore. What is opinion on the Juki models compared to this newer Bernina model? I would have preferred to get a combined coverstitch with overlocker but only Babylock make these and I cannot afford that cost. Does this 460 come with needle threader like mine? Wonderful feature.

Juki makes Bernina machines and many other brands, SVP Worldwide is behind Singer Viking Pfaff, motors for all sewing/overlocker domestic machines are made by YDK

Is the frame plastic or metal?
