The thing is regarding the filming, if you have a dashcam running I think its fine and if a celebrity ends up getting filmed/recorded then there's not much they can do about it. If I had a dashcam I would want it filming all the time especially when parked because especially here in Adelaide Australia (home of shitty drivers) you never know when some moron is going to back into your car in a shopping centre and just drive off.
