okay i just got a new Model Y and i really want this button. It started for me just looking for a volume knob and then i discovered this thing and realized how much more useful it is. My question is.. after nearly 6+ months...does it still work well and is there *any* chance i can void any warranty when i tap into that line at all considering this is a brand new tesla purchase lol edit: also does it leave the inside console/interior light on because the door is partiallly open from its perspective? im sure its led so wont drain battery

When you change the acceleration mode from chill to standard with the knob, does that change reflect on the Tesla main touchscreen? I bought a cheaper chinese version and it does not reflect the AC fan speed/drive mode etc changes on the screen which seems odd

Many Model Y's can use the connector behind the center console which only requires the removal of a single cover.

What about your door ding issue? Did you ever find them?! Pretty sure there is less radiation during a solar eclipse, since the moon is blocking the Sun's radiation. Oh wait, you were kidding. :) This product is interesting but unfortunately I vinyl wrapped my console to match the wood dash trim, so the knob base wouldn't match. And ouch, it's expensive!
