Is this guitar and mid or low end guitar? With the upgrade pickup (Mid or low range)

The guitar was low end. However, it was set nicely and had all the upgrades. As long as the wood is good, you can make any guitar feel high end. I also have a JS22 V from Jackson. All factory parts and it’s low end. Nonetheless, it sounds great and is set up nicely!

Nazgul/sentient have big difference from stock pickups?

Yes they have a lot more balls, but I still think the Jackson stock are very good. IMO no real reason to change them unless you really have to.
