So fun story, I have both ADHD and anxiety, and when I was like 20 I finally got it diagnosed and medicated and I distinctly remember taking the medication for the first time and my mind just went completely silent... No stories, no fake arguments just silence, and then I drank a suicide made of 2 different kinds of monster and like 4 different kinds of mountain dew and it was still quiet but faster somehow

OH OH! I connect with this so much. Those are my exact diagnoses. Its amazing how many symptoms come out of those two running wild... especially not helped with other possible negative self talk impulses... but once you get into treatment and actually experience something approaching normalcy. It realize is an EYES WIDE OPEN like .... "is this how its SUPPOSED to be O.O! " Edit : Also SUPER AWESOME you got your mental health checked and in order. It saddens me whenever I see people who obviously are suffering from the issues I have personally dealt with, but can't do anything to help.

Free tip: if you want to actually focus on watching a video and not get distracted as easily, change the playback speed to at least 1.5x speed. I broke down from stress today and through my stuttering and twitching, I called myself a freak and I've never seen this man more visibly angry than he was as he hugged me and demanded who called me a freak. Man is built like a bean pole but was ready to fight God to make sure nobody hurt me. Meanwhile I spent half the night with him comforting him from his trauma.
