God my favourite Scooby doo episode was one where Freddy became aware that he was the only one without a catchphrase and so he tried out everyone else's and it never worked for him like Fred. Sweet baby Freddy. Your "catchphrase" is HAVING A GODDAMN PLAN THAT 9/10 WORKS OUT! "I have a plan" or any variation of it is 100% a valid catchphrase when followed by a plan. OWN HAVING A PLAN! I never should've gotten a younger sibling; I watched more standard TV cartoons than I needed to.

The lightning yeet one just reminds me that, were it not for our body's built-in limiters to prevent causing horrific damage, we could ABSOLUTELY do insane stuff. If you threw a punch and weren't able to feel pain and didn't care about breaking bone, you could absolutely punch so hard that you'd shatter bones on impact. Or throw a baseball so hard that the muscles in your arm contract so powerfully they would strip away from the bones. But we're geared to Not Do That unless under extreme stress. Like someone who'd normally be very weak suddenly being able to lift and hold a car up to get someone out from underneath, and then put it down... and then discover that they destroyed the muscles in their arms, back, chest, and legs doing so but because of Adrenalin, they can't feel it 'right now'.
