I have a Ecru Gaspard I bought in 2019 Jan. It is super soft and fluffy! This year's version is not soft at all and the sleeves are an inch longer for the same size! I am very disappointed at the quality difference so I returned the Camel and the Sage ones.

2020 is especially challenging for my line of work but I ended up learning and doing a lot of new things! Has your work been affected by COVID?

@@zorymory I can imagine it must be pretty difficult! At first it didn’t really affect it but now I’m mostly working from home 🏠 which can be so super lonely sometimes. I think I went to the office a whole of 4 times last month😮! It’s so different now and is taking a little getting used to

Thank you, Zory. Would you say that the ecru part of the James Jumper is yellowish or more beigy/ natural? Yellowish ecru doesn't look good when it's close to my face.

To me the James doesn’t come across yellowish but it’s definitely not a pure white either. I haven’t color edited the video at all so that’s how the color looks like in daylight.

I’m really enjoying all your posts & videos . I’ve bought 2 gaspard xxs but one is smaller than other on sleeves . Do they stretch over time or shrink ? Glad to see you’re back travelling since this video 😊

XXS is my preferred sizing for the Gaspard as it runs quite large.

It's like you read my mind. I actually don't find it comfortable to sit and lean on a chair when the buttons are on the back. I wore it like that the other day and regretted it:)

Hi, in this video it’s the XS. However in one of my newer videos is wearing the XXS Navy Gaspard and I love the fit of the smaller size much better! I’ll be getting the xxs going forward

Love your videos. I was interested to see that your camel coloured Gaspard had a line down the front - just like mine did. I sent mine back and Sezane said it wasn't a fault but it clearly is an issue.

Did you get a refund by reporting faulty? What is your experience of trying to return faulty products, I had quite difficult time.

@@heyyiying7833 they said it wasn’t faulty (but didn’t explain why not as it clearly had a very visible line down the front). I disagreed and they had to refund me as I returned it within 14 days anyway.

I wouldn’t worry about it, if you can’t see it. Maybe I am being too pernickety (although I’m not usually). I have a red one too and didn’t have the same issue with that one.
