シンガポールも結構、麺が多いですね。お肉は多彩でしたが、魚はあまり人気がないのかな。中華系のお店が多いのは中国や香港からの移民も多そうです。その国の食文化が他の文化と融合しているものや昔からの伝統のものと比べてみることができた楽しかったです。

シーフードは結構高いのでストリートフードシーンではあまり見ない気もします！融合してできあがったのはプラナカン料理と呼ばれ、伝統のものとは違った料理でそれも美味しいです❤️Thanks for watching!!

7, Da Shi Jia no longer as nice.. Broth used to taste rich and umami, but now only taste of chilli oil (full layer on broth) with mild porky taste in soup, Prawns were the main lead, but now they put in slices of pork and a minced pork patty (it was yummy but it stole the show). There was more pork ratio vs the few (less than 6) halved slices Prawn.

其实在我国有很多隐蔽的小贩，每天都是排长龙的，是他们因为生意太忙，不愿意也没时间应酬所谓记者，吃家们而已，以上有几家介绍，食物和价格=不怎么好吃和贵，真心话！
