Awesome. When I first saw Kage (His first release trailer) I've seen some moves that could've been used for Makoto like that Roundhouse Kick (His St Hk) and his VT1 with his VS1 (When he holds it, he does a full screen punch like Makoto's chop).

Mod doesn't work for me. Downloaded the files, used the fluffy mod manager, and it loads into base sfv. Either something is wrong with your files or you should do a installation guide.The notepad guide doesn't work at all. Tried both of your downloads with your instructions verbatim. Just loads into base sfv

There's no second CA for Makoto for now but you can perhaps consider 2:16 as CA2 but only V-Bar comsuming.

Not a fan of Drive Parry and impact being just thrown in here. It also feels like more SF4 ism's are here and not exactly anything that would feel like a SF5 evolution. It's an Alright mod but it definitely doesn't hit as hard as others. Still much respect to the modder.

Shit is boring and ridiculous af, instead of being original with the V-Skills you just put Drive Impact and an automatic parry, not even a manual parry like other characters. V-Trigger 2 is just her SA2? Bullshit, bro at least the V-Trigger 1 being Tanden Renki made sense, since most triggers are installs like Juri's Feng Shui, but seriously, didn't put any effort in making the character unique and refreshing
