I don't think Daigo will use Kage. Daigo likes zoning and control. SF4 Evil Ryu had a good low mk that leads to damage and a great poke in standing mk. Kage's normals are too stubby

Mediocre damage isn’t really a bad thing in a game predicated on gambling 50 50s . Kage is a very mixup heavy character. So I feel kage is a few buffs from being lethal.

How is Kage's damage mediocre? Might be true if you are comparing him to Abigail but not Ryu. Kage is very explosive when comparing to other low stamina characters like Karin, Cammy, and Sakura.
