Yes, you can also fill it at the Airport. But make sure you meet the VISA requirement "if needed."

I am boarding a cruise ship in Singapore. Is this a day trip?

If you enter Singapore and on that day you board a cruise ship, yes, you can enter as a day trip.

If I am traveling from Moscow to Singapore and have a transit for 4h in Haikou, so in last city/port of embarkation I should enter Moscow or Haikou? And the same for departure. I have a transit in Dubai for few hours and then back to Moscow. Please advise 🙏🏻🙏🏻

You can enter Haikou into Singapore and Dubai for departure.

Hi im an Indian citizen travelling from Chennai to Jakarta via Singappre transit 3 hrs layovet in Changi on Scoot Airlines in single PNR ticket for my Final destination. Im not intend to go out or any terimal except my arrival T1 and connecting same T1. Did i need to submit SG arrival card in advance or not require for tranfer flight???. Pls guide

Hi, First, you need to check with the airline whether you need to collect your checkin luggage at Singapore for your flight to Jakarta. If needed, then you will need to go through the immigration process, in turn you will need to submit your SG arrival card. But if you don't need to collect your checkin luggage in Singapore, then as long as you remain in the transit area, then you don't need to submit your SG arrival card.
