Due to a transit flight on April 27, 2024, from Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur, I will have a layover in Singapore for approximately 23 hours. I am looking to book a hotel in the city and visit my sister during this layover. However, I am concerned that my passport is only valid until August 29, 2024, which is less than six months from the date of my intended arrival in Singapore. Will this affect my application for the Singapore arrival card? I have an Australian working holiday visa and I am planning to return to Kuala Lumpur to renew my passport. Thanks…very nicely explained. I have a question i am travelling from Delhi to Singapore, will stay there for 4-5 days. While coming back my flight has 5 hours of layover in Mumbai. So it will be Singapore- Mumbai( layover)- Delhi. So what will be the next city after Singapore in my case on SG arrival card?

I tried to submit SG Arrival Card using both the ICA online website, and a second time using the MyICA mobile app. When I used camera to scan my passport information, my Full Name format was different in each case. For the online option the name format is : First name, Last Name; for the MyICA app the name format is opposite: Last Name, Full Name. This inconsistency should be fixed. I hope this is not going to be a problem when I use the version generated by MyICA app, as it's different from my passport name format.

Singapore need at least 6 months validity. But do Melbourne side allow you to travel as it is less than 6 months? What i can recommend you to try is, try a Test registration that you will reach Singapore within the next 3 days, and indicate your passport expire date. If the system allow you to complete your registration, then you probably have no issue when applying during your actual trip on 27 April. You can always amend the date after your registration. Hope it help.

Yes, you need to create separate entry trips for the SG arrival card. You just need to submit 2 times as you can only submit earliest 3 days prior to arrival.

Hello, yes, you need to complete the SG arrival card when you fly into Singapore, as you will officially enter Singapore in order to take the ferry ride to Bintan. When you return to Singapore from Bintan, you will need to submit the SG arrival card again, as you are entering Singapore again.

When entering last city before Singapore, does the country/airport one just used for transit count or where one started the trip? (For example you fly from London to Amsterdam, and connect in Amsterdam to a flight to Singapore and one never leaves the transit zone in Amsterdam)

If my travel plan is to enter SG for about a week and leave for HK for about 4 days and then come back to SG for another week before going back to my home country, how do you fill out the SGAC? Thanks in advanceb

As you can only fill out the SGAC within 3 days prior to your arrival, you need to fill out the SGAC 2 times separately. One is your from your home country, another one is within 3 days prior to your arrival from HK.

i forgot to include my middle name in the sg arrival card but everything else correct, would this be a problem? i want to edit it

In case of editing the name, you can't edit it but you can just re-submit a new entry. Don't worry about the previous one, it will be expiry once the travel date is near.

Hi, if you are only transiting in Singapore, you don't need to submit the SG Arrival Card. Unless you go through the immigration process.

I am here in Kuala Lumpur. I come to visit from dubai 2 days ago. I am pakistani passport holder and I have UAE residence ID Card. I want to go visit only 1 day from Kuala lumpur to Singapore. If you are entering by train, select "RAIL" from the mode of transport, (If you are travelling by bus/rail and do not have the transport details before/at arrival, you may indicate "BUS" or "RAIL" accordingly under Vehicle Number.) If you manage to know the train number you can enter it or update your SG arrival card. If enter by taxi, select "CAR"" from the mode of transport. And enter the taxi Vehicle number under the "Vehicle Number" section when you board the taxi.

Hello, if my flight departs at 22:00 PM and arrives at 00:55 AM in Singapore, which date should i fill in my SG Arrival Card? As i've tried filling in departure date the day before my arrival and it states that my departure date cannot be before my arrival date. Thank you.

If your departure date from your country is March 2, 2200pm, then your arrival date should be March 3, 0055am. Maybe there's some error on the date? The date of departure date is actually the departure date from Singapore (leave Singapore after your visit), not from your country or the place you fly from and into Singapore.

You just need to submit your SG arrival card before entering the immigration checkpoint.

If you just transit in the airport, you dont need to submit the SG arrival card. As long you stay in the transit area. But if your flight require you to exit the terminal or collect your luggage, then u are required to submit.
