Hi you are departing from Ivory Coast? and Addis Abeba is your connecting flight? you should put The first country of departure which is Flight Ivory and returning after Singapore is same, connecting flights does not count and ALSO if you have a connecting flight to Singapore and you are not exiting / clearing immigration you dont need to register SG Arrival Card

Bale kumuha na po ako ng oec ahead of time plang bago ako lumapag sa pinas. Pero sabi nung immig officer nung papunta kmi SG, kumuha nlang daw po ako ng new oec since ung existing oec ko is magagamit for sg trip. Tnry ko sa balik manggagawa however unable po ako na kumuha ng new oec since 60 days valid ung current ko (which shows na ireland hosp ang current employer ko). Hello po sinong nag sabeng kumuha kayo ng bagong OEC? immigration ba? hanggat valid ang oec online hindi kayo pde mag generate ng bagong OEC, it needs POEA admin to access it, ang alam ko haggat valid ang OEC you may use it anywhere palabas ng pinas basta same employer, job site and job title
