Hi there, yes, it can be made one day before, once baked, let it cool completely, then place inside an airtight container and transfer it into the fridge. Before serving, you can bake in 160C for 5-6 mins. 😊

hi Cassandre, when I took it out from the mold, the top part is thin and straightaway it broke. Is it because I didn't bake it long enough?

Hey there, the top may look slightly soft, and the sides appear solid and firm. Just carefully flip the baked lava cakes upside down onto plates. But if the top is too thin to be broken, you can extend the baking time. 😊

嗨!@C L 這種類型的甜點的確是會比較偏甜,不過你用的是多少%的巧克力呢?如果使用 70~80%以上的黑巧克力,應該是還好,若是使用較低%數的巧克力,就一定要再減糖的,因為%數低的巧克力,本身含糖量也會比較高喔 🥰
