📣最後召集【2022 靜觀基礎課程】📣
靜觀 (Mindfulness) 是近代一套獲大量心理學研究支持的心志訓練工具,可培養個人對個想法、情緒的理解(Awareness),藉此讓人思維更清晰、能更好地管理壓
力、情緒。
❓什麼是靜觀基礎課程?
靜觀基礎課程 (Mindfulness Foundation Course; MFC)是橫跨心理學、哲學、神經科學三大學科的靜觀課程,學術理論深入淺出,實踐靜觀練習,無需任何背景亦可明白。
希望大家能以心理學角度理解自己與他人,並且透過科學化的方法,提升對生活的滿足感,鍛鍊處事與溝通能力。

🗓時間 19/01, 26/01, 09/02, 16/02, 23/02,02/03一逢星期三晚上 7:30pm - 9:30pm

通常我係練琴後,靜坐一段時間,一來可以放鬆身體 休息下,二來又可以練專注力,三來練不執著。如是者兩樣野交叉練效果都幾好,練琴係練執著,而靜坐係練去我執/靈敏既聆聽能力-------呢個比較難表達

疫情前每一月會和一班人跟靜觀導師做靜觀,可以有一段時間專心觀察自己真的很好。後來才發現自己已經有十多年的有PTSD,因為有靜觀的經驗,幫助我短短六次的心理輔導就已經差不多痊愈,好神奇!輔導員也覺得難以置信。

這集兩位講靜觀和腦內的運作基制都非常簡單淺白精準呀!謝謝兩位的精彩坦白的分享! 我都要試下每日定時做靜坐先,雖然我平時都會 mindful eating/walking & swimming, 讓自己回到此時此刻,可停下腳步去感受和欣賞當下的一切!🙏🙏🙏

Hey Peter , u mentioned a point that I find extremely interesting ... that if our thoughts and actions always functions according to how our instincts reacts to the external environment it’s almost as if we are unfree... almost like a robot functioning according to the commands from the computer chip ( instincts ).... instincts only want one thing , the continuation of its particular set of genes .. and it really does seem like that everything we do ULTIMATELY is for this purpose ... almost as if we are just a tool and our instincts is our true master ... in this sense .. it really isn’t living but just like a computer functioning according to what the chip commands it to do ... great video as always ... hope u can elaborate a bit more on this point ...thanks 😀
