Good day chef,I've tried this banana bread recipe n turned out perfectly too bad I can't upload the picture for u to c.But chef some how the dough seems not fully cooked(only in the middle)Is it too wet or not well proof.I follow exactly what u have shared.Kindly advice.Thx chef.

Hi, I’m very happy to hear your good news, you are a great great baker, I can imagine it looks delicious and great 👍👍👍👍 for the middle part, it could be not fully fermented, also can be the baking: maybe you could baker longer while decrease the temperature for a little❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
