I like to watch videos of sushi chefs work. I used to make sushi as a full time job. Very much a life long student in the techniques. Something about this guy doesn't make me feel like it's worth the price tag. I think you definitely paid for the ambience on this one. My example is sometimes he goes yuzu then brush soy sauce. I don't like that bc now the brush has citrus juice on it and you put it back in soy sauce jar. Ruining soy sauce.

格好を付けてるだけで、美味しそうじゃない 寿司の上に沢山何か乗せて、ケーキの様だ 淡白な味の魚にキャビアを乗せてどうする 生のネタを弄り回すのは、いかがなものか この店の客はおそらく歯が無いのだろう　隠しきれない隠し包丁 高い食材をふんだんに使ってるから、料金は取りやすいだろうけど
