Teppanyaki Steak
Teppanyaki restaurant "Houen" with the theme of "fusion of Japanese and Western".
It's full-course meal with the best steak and high quality ingredients (foie gras truffles, caviar, foie gras).
The chef cooks teppanyaki with professional technique. And enjoy the fine wines selected by the sommelier.
* Normally, the meat cut in the kitchen is carried to the front of the customer, but this time the meat is cut specially at the iron plate counter for shooting.
* Sukiyaki is not included in the course meal because it is ordered from a single item menu.
* The mask is temporarily removed for video shooting.

今回は黒毛和牛と世界三大珍味（キャビア・フォアグラ・トリュフ）を味うことができる匠コースを注文しました。
シェフがさまざまな高級食材を絶妙な焼き加減に仕上げます。 豊園専属のソムリエがセレクトした上質なワインもお楽しみください。
※通常は厨房でカットしたお肉をお客様の前まで運びますが、今回は撮影のため特別に鉄板カウンターでお肉をカットしています。
※すき焼きは単品メニューで注文しているため、コース料理には含まれていません。
