ചെമ്മീൻ ചെറിയുള്ളി റോസ്റ്റ് | Kerala Style Prawns Roast - Malayalam Recipe

Kerala style Prawns roast is a delicious and spicy non-veg side dish which goes well with boiled rice, appam, porotta etc. It is an easy to prepare dish and it takes only few minutes to prepare it. Here you go with the Chemmeen Cheriyulli Roast (Prawns/Shrimp roast) recipe.
- INGREDIENTS -
Shelled & Deveined Prawns / Shrimp (ചെമ്മീന്‍ വൃത്തിയാക്കിയത്) - 500 gm
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Lime Juice / Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 10 Cloves
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി‌) - 1 Inch Piece
Shallot (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 25 Nos
Tomato (തക്കാളി) - 1 No
Curry leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Garam Masala - ¼ Teaspoon
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - 5 Tablespoon
Hot Water - ½ Cup
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
