I always wonder if Nene realized that Shabani likes her to chase him. Because I never get the feeling she enjoys it. Rather she is just like " I WILL SHOW HIM!" everytime. "HE IS RUNNING FROM ME, TOLD YOU ID SHOW HIM!" Meanwhile Shabani is just like " THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!" I think Ai knows what's up with Shabani making Nene angry so it takes a lot more for Shabani to make her mad than Nene. Or he has to hit Nene or something.

Pissing Nene off is great fun for Shabani. She's so easily angered. You think she'd understand his game but she doesn't. Ai is like whatever, so Shabani goes after Nene. It's really funny to watch. Shabani is a magnificent guy and so playful.

In 2022, re-watching this one I would have to say even though the new exhibit is much better, they seemed to be more active in the old one. But, everyone was younger, so that may be the reason.

I think because of the levels and Shabani could see the audience all together. He's a real showman. The other enclosure seems more comfortable, but yeah you don't get the wild chases as much anymore. I'm sure Nene appreciates it 😅

私では、英語の検索もままならないので外国の動画や情報、ありがたいです(^-^)ゞかっこよかった~。 シャバーニが、前に、風邪で寝込んでいた時はアイが、シャバーニやネネに挑発的な行動をしていたのを見て、自分は、強いボスだぞと示していないと女子力が、増大してしまうのかなとも考えたりしました。 が、何にせよ小突いて逃げるシルバーバックの行動に女子の求心力が上がるとは、思えないです~。 シャバーニの高度な遊びにしても。本当に成熟して落ち着いて群れを見守る大人になってほしいですねo(^-^)o

Seeing how he is with his family now in the much larger enclosure, where it is much more relaxed and angry chasing spells are few and far between, it's evident Shabani, and probably Ai and Nene, very much disliked this enclosure. There was literally only one area to kinda run around it, and they made it this massive incline that takes up a ridiculous amount of space. I guess it's a way to force them to get tired faster, and more exercise running up the hill, but still. Enclosures have no business being 80% Concrete and 15% grass and 5% little pool of dirty standing water. Also I just noticed that 40% of the grass is inaccessible because of overgrown weeds and I guess "trees".

They may have all been a bit stressed there with people standing above them all the time - watching. Maybe some of Shabani's displays are to show the crowd dominance too.

MORE OF MY IDEAS: JUNGLE MUSIC, MUSIC OF THE BIRDS, INSECTS, OTHER SOUNDS FROM THEIR NATURAL ORIGINAL JUNGLE--PIPED INTO THEIR HABITAT. OK, HOW ABOUT A HUGE WALL OF JUNGLE VIDEO PLAYING INSIDE? SO THEY CAN SEE THE REAL JUNGLE EVERY DAY? I JUST KEEP WISHING TO GIVE THEM MORE ENRICHMENT, MORE STIMULATION. THE ZOO IS DOING VERY WELL, I KNOW, IT MUST COST FORTUNES TO FEED & HOUSE THESE ANIMALS. I FEED WILD ANIMALS IN MY BACK YARD - MOSTLY RACCOONS, MANY OTHERS, & IT COSTS ME 10K A YEAR. IMAGINE HOW MUCH THESE GUYS COST, EATING 60 POUNDS OF VEGGIES A DAY EACH, AT LEAST - SHABANI PROBABLY MORE--& JAPAN EVERYTHING IS SUPER EXPENSIVE I HEAR. SO I AM GRATEFUL FOR WHAT THEY DO, WISHING FOR MORE.
