Yes, I agree Tina, I know I am awful with buying things, especially craft stuff ( hence the fabric shop down in my sewing room, and the probably around 200 digi kits I now have.. even though I have not even managed to finish my first journal 😮🤨) I am like a craft addict...lol. Yes that is so annoying when you want to look at something and you cant get them to give you a time. Don't get anything with too many kms on and also look round the bottom of panels to see if there are any areas that have been rusted and filled in with filler and covered over with paint...also let it idle and see if it idles smoothly, and then when you rev the car, if it blows blue/grey smoke it could mean the rings are on the way out, also inside the exhaust pipe will be really black, and definitely take it for a drive, to feel if there is any noises that shouldn't be there and that it moves smoothly etc..( its a shame we didn't live in the same country.. my father was R.E.M.E inspector in the army, so I grew up with cars and my youngest son is a mechanic ( and also a carpenter... not that I ever get anything done at our house 😒🙄) Ooohh,,, isn't that annoying when shops do that.. there is always a catch 😒 Sounds as if she had a lovely birthday.... yes they all love Mackky Ds as the young ones call it here 🤢...lol Anyhoo...these skinny flips are beautiful lovey (ps... still sorting your package out xox)

@shabbydabbydoodah3 жыл бұрын
Lol, thank you Sue. I know exactly what you mean about never being bored, I think us crafters have the opposite problem of not enough time to do all the things we want to do!!! Sadly my daughter often says she's bored!! I am hoping she will grow out of it, haha x

So much fun!!! I can now use my left over strips I have from carmaking. I love all your ideas for "mass making" - I can do these while watching TV with my husband. Way to go Tina😊💕😊

I applaud you, Tina, for making and sharing with the world, beautiful items created with paper, glue and scissors and a stapler! (Of course lace, buttons, etc for embellishments). Yet, you share items most of the world can create. While some do, not everyone has a budget for every creative tool offered by the retail establishments... thank you for this.

Another fun project, I love these mass makes but I do need to get caught up with the ones I started and did not finish up, but I cant resist playing along even if I only get one or two completely finished. I Hope the Murphy's Oil Soap did the trick for your brushes it is also good for brayers. I was truly amazed at the results because I thought my brushes were a goner. Another good tip you might know this one is to add a little acetate or nail polish remover to your fabric tack to thin it a little, it seems to thicken so much especially when you get closer to the bottom of the bottle. Thanks a Bunch for the share Hugs and Smiles
