You are missing the Rock heart, it transforms you into a sort of male dragon, and increase Dragon Communion incantations. To get it you most go to the site of a painting in Shadow Keep, get the painting, and the go to Jagged Peak Mountain grace, go up, after the spiritspring find a sort of rock that go over the edge, go down to a low path and a little to the right should be a ghost chair, wait for a minute, then pick up the heart ❤

If you go back to the priestess at night before you fight the dragon, you can put her to sleep and get a second ending where you miss her heart but get her as a summon

If you put the dragon priestess to sleep with the special item, before or during the quest, then when you finally return to the alter after killing Bayle, the priestess is still there. She laments falling asleep but you have the option to confess. If you do, you don't get her hammer or her heart. Instead, she names you her lord and you get her as an ashen summon.

Advice for Sennesax: boltdrake talisman and divine lightning fortification. The major threat in the fight is purely lightning damage so you can use tools to heavily mitigate risk from the bursting impacts. As long as you don’t take huge risks, you should be fine.

Also he's not immune to bleed you just gotta hit his torn leg or head for it to take effect, it procs pretty fast if you hit those weakpoints

I have a Blessing level of 9 and used the consumable along with other buffs on top of it, used the Rotten Great Axe with lions claw and frost put onto it. Took me multiple tried but managed to slay Bayle. (Did an alternate version of the dragon priestess’s quest where after beating Bayle, you can get a unique incantation that can increase damage negation of all types both physical and non-physical to you and allies PLUS the priestess as a spirit summon so NG5 is going to be where I’ll get the heart and weapon)

He helped me a lot I don't know what you mean. He distracted Bayle just long enough for me to use the great katana ash of war on Bayle from behind which let me beat him in about 7-8 tries. He's also incredibly helpful for the 2nd phase because sometimes Bayle will target him with the flame projectiles instead of you.

I fought that Senessax completely mounted, i sorta treated it like a Furnace Giant, hit and run feeding Torrent the best Raisens i could make, and revivng him as needed. I used the dragon hunter katana because, it kills dragons good!

Also if you started the Thioller quest to the point you get the sleeping potion you can give it to her before killing Bayle, after you can go there again and by speaking to her you'll get her Spirit ashes.

The dragons are much easier to fight when you fight them face to face. You do need a weapon with a special attack that can actually hit it most of the time, but if you do their attacks become much easier to dodge.

there is a corner area behind the lightning dragon where you can fight it on land and not deal with as much AOE damage also there is a second max stone on the climb up to bayle. Go up a spirit spring then fall back down halfway near a bunch of the slime blob monsters you’ll find it in a corner of the cliff then drop down the spring and back up again to progress.

The priestess has a secret progression. After talking to her and accepting her quest to slay Bayle, come back to her at night, interact with her, and give her Thiollier's concoction; this will put her into deep slumber. Go kill Bayle, then come back to her at night again, she will be awake, exhaust her dialogues and get the incantation Dragonbolt of Florissax.

After attempting this boss, I can confirm that he is NOT immune to bleed, I got him to bleed twice with dual wielding a cold great katana and the dragon slayers great katana. Weirdly enough, I never got frostbite to proc

@@TrippyTimesTwo Was just about to comment this. I got annoyed trying to get in close with him zooming all around the arena so I just shot him to death with a crossbow using bleed bolts. Definitely got a few bleed procs over the course of the fight.

@@Seinglede Is your build running bleed? If so, get yourself a Bloodfiends Arm. Upgrade. Blood infusion, Savage Lion Claw AoW. Requires some stat investment, I’m clearing remembrance bosses in under a minute, at most, 2. Ridiculous.

If you put the priestess to sleep before fighting bayle her covenant with placi is broken and after the bayle fight she will choose to serve you and become a spirit ash, she fights in dragon form using the gavel and uses basic dragon incantations (dragon maw, dragon claw and so on)

With the ancient dragon with her lightning I just incuraged her to fight me out of the water. That way her lightning isn't as powerful and if I died again runes close to the respawn.

Since you’ll have no armor equipped and could run a rather light build, yeah the dancer charm would be a solid choice when going through and finishing the rest of the base game. Be a bit risky to use it in the DLC due to how the enemies and bosses scale to your level but that’s only part of the challenge.

How about give us this dang build of yours, your doing 3 k dmg with a mediocre weapon and I’m on a max lvl account dying no issue while the npc you said was helpful, ISNT HELPING AT ALL im out here doing blood builds and everything I can think of abd blood does no damage at all but the only sword I got that has a chance will not be any use because its to slow, and the dragon weapon is horrible because it does no damage to dragons at all

It all depends on your scadutree level, the higher it gets the more damage you deal and less you take

Not sure how or y it happend but I was in the other dragon form and with using a conservative atack build only buffed with Vow I some how too bail in what atack to less than 5% health and beat him fitst try... tal were alex shard both mill rewards and blue dancers as inspiration did not want to added damage from scorpion charm... flask was lighting tear and thorny tear... I think it was just total luck but thought it was kind of op to do that much damage with almost no tumble buffing
