@@sk3tch20tell him to move on and then spoiler alert He still sides with with Redmane Freyja but at least after you kill him he will drop his full armor and shield, as long as you have done the start of Dane’s quest to get hand weapon he will drop his hat and leg wraps (weapon) and you get ledas chest armor and light greatsword, ansbach and thiolier are supposed to side with you if you finish their quests and you will summon them both for both fights (if you know what I mean)

can confirm you don't need to summon him you just need to progress his quest tired summoning him before but it made the final fight even harder so i went with just the mimic tear

For anyone struggling to beat the final boss fight with the NPC’s (they add on a huge amount of health to the boss, I found it significantly easier to fight without them). You can choose to not summon them and you will still get the rewards. I killed the boss without them and their bodies still end up in the arena to loot after reloading the area.

You can also get Dryleafs set even though it isn't there with everyone else's who was in the melee. Also if you are struggling with the final boss, just equip Moores shield, the spear talisman, and any weapon you can use while blocking with the shield. Absolutely trivializes the fight. That shield makes you sip stamina when blocking. Also has really good base damage and scaling if you want to make a shield only build too.

@@Blazingsouls420 I think it wins on resistances, (definitely not on guard boost though) but now with the new talisman that boosts non physical guarding negation you hardly take any damage while blocking whatever you may be blocking. I believe Moores is slightly lighter, but I guess what would really give fingerprint the edge is the fact that you can change its ash of war/attunement. Which means you can spec it out to block essentially all of a certain type of damage.

I tried beating the final boss with the summons but the HP gain they get from the two summons was way too much for me I had a much easier time going alone even with the lack of distractions. They just don't do enough damage to compensate for the added difficulty

Yeah, they really need to nerf that summon health scaling, because it basically triples the damn healthbar.

I was jumping onto the slabs near Ansbach where he first spawns and got glitched in the air, then for some reason it started damaging him. Even absolution isn’t doing anything. Fun.

after final battle check St Trina .. also many people will say to go speek to Leda after Mesmer to get the second invasion with/aganist Ansbach, this can however be missed/skipped?? and he will just show up at the final fights anyway so .. idk

When you do the quests, when you want the swift slash, you will be locked out of Ansbachs Longbow, which has an 8 shot ash of war. Both of these require you to assist the enemy of Leda, so that she won't fight the other one.

If you're gonna fight dlc last post with other person to help (there's nothing bad with that) you don't have to summon him, if you finish the fight and rest his body still gonna spawn in the arena

If you rescue the forager brood 4 by the church cliffside where you fight the fireknight invasion, and talk to moore before you approach shadow keep you get a unique upgrade for torrent. Easily missable.

U r missing the 2nd divine beast fight I can tell as u don't have the grace leading to it.. It's not far from that scorpion boss fight.. Defeat the 2nd divine beast and u get a legendary incantation of storms. Lil tip there... The 2nd beast also shoots death blight so beware..

Because I helped Hornsent and fought her, so no I don't have the option to fight her defending Ansbach. I did everything in the video so far (haven't burned the tree yet), exhausted Ansbach dialogue and got the shield from Freya. Am I good? (and I did Tholliers's quest)

I fxxked up. I went back to ansbach to give him the scroll instead of going up to freya. Now he’s nowhere to be found except the summon signs to assist leda or ansbach, which I chose ansbach. Still, he’s nowhere to be found, and ferya just keeps saying the same line over and over. How screwed am I? Also, after I gave up looking for him, I went and killed messmer but the bridge door wont open. I tried googling what I could’ve done wrong but nothing came up. Am I bugged out or is there something I miss?

He won't drop if killed. You have to progress the quest and kill final boss then he will drop it .

In the lore or in the quest? St Trina is part of Tholliers quest, and in the lore is actually Miquella (or part of them at least) that's why you find St Trina dead after you defeat the final boss.

Can you not just be relentless and kill them all for their ball bearings and gear then turn in the ball bearings at the twin maidens in roundtable hold for all the stuff they give you. Seems a lot less work than the questline if you prefer leaving no one alive 😂😂

You have to rest at a site of grace first. Anytime you run into that situation just rest, usually progresses things.
