Tip: use the freeze arrows on orcs that you can’t execute or block executions. Almost all of them can be frozen with the arrows, then you can one shot them with the critical flurry if your crit damage is high enough. Works even better on ologs I’ve used the rest of this build and it’s awesome.

In my opinion, the best build is the one you actually enjoy playing. To me, every build, if optimized, can be viable for gravewalker. I could theoretically make a tanky build, but I am actually skilled enough so that I almost don't get hit at all. Therefore, I would be sacrificing my damage output. Would you really want to see me play on gravewalker, not getting hit at all, also not dealing damage to captains? Go play the Raith mission on gravewalker a million times (how I became good) until you almost don't die at all. All the information are in the descriptions of those videos. This is a great setup for what you're going for but I wouldn't say the best. Id still rather wear the undead ringwraith 4 piece with wrathgiver and any dagger really. Unimited WoL is so op even for hacked orcs. The reason why I say the undead 4 piece is because all the extra undead lets you pop their heads near a captain for almost instant fear.

@@leoshadowofwar not correct info with the Shadowclaimer, unless it has changed now, I tried your method, got a few other pieces first, chest, ring etc, when i got the dagger it was something else, tried again and when dagger came up still not it. Upgraded both daggers, definitely not Shadeclaimers, had other names with different properties, no invisible properties after killing captain :( Guess its not a guaranteed thing like Wrathgiver sword ?

Stealth kills, ranged attacks, AOE attacks don't trigger the "talk." If your damage is enough to one-shot captains, they won't "talk" to you. If you watch my playstyle, you'll probably see why.

So if you run quickly in front of a captain or grunt really close when they are not looking for you they will be surprised for exactly 1.5 seconds and since they are surprised you can stealth kill them before they react. i stealth kill like that all the time.

Man, that is an interesting video. I don't have some of the parts required for your build, so let me ask you this. My best Orc is a Defender Berserker who is immune to Executions, Stealth, Ranged, Frost. His only weaknesses are Fire and Poison but at the same time he gets enraged by those. Would your build be able to deal with him easily?

Nah. That guy wouldn't be too hard to deal with honestly. If i came across an orc like that, put poison on elven light and fire on mighty shot. Dash thru him and immediately elven light. He's poisoned and stunned. Since he's weak to poison, he'll puke easier too. Enraged won't kick in right away. Then shoot mighty shot at his feet or a nearby grunt. The explosion will engulf him or nearby grunts and environment will light him up. Balefire and now he's dying super fast since poison and fire are stacked. Then if you have a sword that you've rerolled to get freeze on crit, even if they're immune to frost, they still freeze for a sec. It acts as a stun and will still allow you to flurry. Being immune to frost is worst than being vulnerable ironically. Enraged by frost is what you want. If they immune, can constantly be applied with no penalty. Enraged will make it harder to apply and then they hit harder with wider movements, giving you less chance to do so. My best orc, not counting cheat orcs ive dominated online, is a savage berserker necromancer. Enrages at mortal wounds, everything, fire, undead, haunting(wraith moves, rare one) and ghuls. Got cursed bombs too. Doesn't get dazed. Immune to curse, poison, beast, stealth. Can be damaged by fire, ranged and executions. He's pretty much perma enraged. He can raise zombies and enrage himself lol. Then he has epic strength and thick skin. So he hits harder and has way more health. He's my favorite bodyguard. He's legit did the axe throw and one shot an overlord before. 100 to 0 with just that axe throw while enraged lol.

I get 2 skill points per siege and I do a ton of sieges like this one. I think it's about having fun in the game rather than grinding. You naturally gain them over time.

Early game tips so that you can kill those captains that ambush you easily: 1. Get a dagger that has critical damage. 2. Get the brutal cold upgrade freeze pin skill 3. Get chain of shadows upgrade so that you can chain stealth kill 4. Death threat gear drop (captain=>gear) 1. Normal=>epic 2. Epic=>epic 3. Legendary=>legendary Kill methods (the text on the kill screen such as purified, head shot, stealth killed, executed) determine the gear drop pool It has to be a stealth skill to get the dagger. No you don't. Just play fortress assault and defense for the fastest way to level up. See 8:35 I get 2 skill points in one siege.

Yeah his RNG was crazy to have that many captains mortally vulnerable to stealth. When I do a siege or defend maybe 1 captain is mortally vulnerable most are immune.

I wouldn't say OP. Without wrath or ability to kill captains quickly you are weaker than others. 2x vengeance and 4x ringwraith set would allow you to have unlimited might to resurrect your enemies and execute them.

1.I get 40 wrath per captain killed. So no wrath? 2. I one shot multiple captains with stealth kills so I don't know what you mean by not being able to kill captains quickly. 3. Your suggestions are great, sacrificing your health for executions and raise dead right? However, the issue I have with a necromancer build is sadly grunts don't do damage in this game. And you would be sacrificing a lot of damage without the marauder set.

@@leoshadowofwar On harder difficulties killing captains is quite hard while your grunts may even hit harder than you (given correct setup) 1st. If you can't kill multiple captains, that leaves you without usable wrath. 2nd. In hardest difficulty I could kill easily only when they had mortal weaknesses (which is extremely rare). 3rd. On hardest difficulty grunts deal a lot of damage to other captains, while you can just chill in a back doing nothing. Hardest fights became easy with necro build. While I do agree that on easy, your build is superior, but harder the difficulty, less useful your build becomes.

Or.... And hear me out... Use cheats on the pc playing the Xbox version of the game due to xbox play anywhere... Then set it so you are invincible and one shot all enemies. Then raid fortresses and claim your ranks all while beating the sweatiest defences with little effort and all under 7 minutes. Gold every time
