Wario has both the strength and durability advantage for sure, but Shadow outclasses Wario in speed being able to scale to Sonic in speed. Even if you do scale Super forms into the mix Shadow still has the advantage since even though both Warioman and Super Shadow have a limited time, Wario would most likely lose his Super form first since he needs garlic in order to maintain the form.
