Agreed. Probably my third favorite season after 3 & 2 👍🏾 Gonna hate for these reactions to end though 😮‍💨 The fact that we're already thinking about it says a lot.

Yess! It's def the best one out of the "new" seasons. I liked Hickey in the show but Frankie amd Elroy are just such a good addition

Yvette (who plays Shirley) in real life was taking care of her sick father back then so she couldn't join the show in season 6

What's hilarious is that because Yahoo! streaming picked up Community and there was some sort of different set regarding the cafeteria and having pillars - the creaters gave us the frisbee plot

my advice is to just watch season 6 on it's own merrits without comparing to other seasons. it has some of the very best writing of the entire show but it's very different.

Season 6 was picked up by Yahoo’s short lived streaming service when NBC canceled it after season 5. Jonathan Banks signed on to Better Call Saul before season 6 materialized.

It's not just a quirky pronunciation difference. In UK English, the word is actually spelled "aluminium". (Rather than "aluminum" in American English.)

Thank you for dieing for us Yahoo! Gave it's last breath to fulfill Community's promise of six seasons. When theynnounced they were going to make season 6 I had strong doubts that it would actually get made was worried if it was it would be disappointing but they proved me so wrong.

Joel Mchale is about 11 years older than Alison Brie, in the show there’s about a 17 year difference, at the end of season 5 Jeff was 40 while Annie should be about 23

Between actor of Jeff and Annie there are 11 years. Joel McHale is a 1971, Alison Brie is a 1982.

The characters age difference is 17 years though. Annie was 18 in season 1, Jeff was 35.

Season 6 is excellent but it feels like it flies by. You may want to do one episode at a time if just to appreciate what we have left.

S6 is way better upon rewatch, the shock of change wears off and the humor is top notch.

I wasn't sure about her this episode, as you can see, but I'm happy to report my opinion has changed!! She has one of my favourite moments this season 🤭

It's hard to lose characters but Community as always does a real good job at adding new characters in a way that's not replacing a lost character so much as adding a dynamic you didn't realized was missing. Of all characters that joined the cast in the wake of losing an established character I think Frankie was the best addition. I'm only sad that we go so little of her because of the short season.

Season 6 takes some wilder swings conceptually, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I love it though.

The pronunciation difference in aluminum is because they are spelt differently. Makes me wonder why in North America we don't say "condominum" or "pandemonum"

Season 6 is good but it feels kinda "lonely" with every character that has left :( Britta is at her best though. Love Britta.

yes it's sad to lose characters, but this show was on for a long time and not that successful back then so it's natural to lose actors. Luckily the humour still works just as well, some of the coming episodes are even among my favorites of the whole show.

We really thought season 5 would be the last. And the cancellation did come. But we got the miraculous pickup by Yahoo! Screen. IMHO, because fans had been clamoring for 6 seasons and a movie. We did lose Shirley. It was sad. Yvette needed to take care of her dad at the time. Looking forward to the remaining episodes. :)

Am I the first comment that didn't see the video early? Finally! Woohoo! And also yeah it's bittersweet every time I get to season 6, because it ends so well and I tear up everytime.
