This is something else. She said it as if she was with Karlach in hell, without us. So Tav stays in Baldur's Gate, and they both go to hell. I don't think the mod has anything to do with it, because it's a line of dialogue said by the original actress, so the whole thing should have happened without mods.

I thought the only people who can go to Avernus with her are Tav (whether romanced or not) and Wyll (if he becomes the Blade of Avernus), but that would imply that you would need to be an Origin Shadowheart romancing Karlach to go to Avernus with her, so how are you managing to talk to her as if she were a companion?
