@@cheila7252 In the newer books, it turns red when he's tainted by demonic energies, this could just be a coincidence, but they seem to equate violence/rage with demons, so when he's more angry and on the attack, he's more in touch with his demonic heritage, so it's red.

What is most amazing is that when he quarreled with Alec and got angry and threw magic at him, meaning he attacked him, his color was blue, meaning that his feelings are pure towards Alec, and even when he is angry, he does not harm him.

@@chilx9078 Kinda true, but its debt to be collected later at time of her choosing. So her now calling it caused it to trigger and nearly kill Clary so in way she did "activate" it and nearly kill Clary due to it. Also yes she doesnt care about Valentine, but she did care about Madzie and she wasnt supposed to harm Clary or Valentine would hurt Madzie, so literally calling that bloodoath could have very easily ended with Clary dying and her getting killed by Valentine and Madzie being tortured by him

I think it's more... she's caught, she knows that she's most likely going to die at the hands of the Clave or Spiral Labyrinth, so she's using her last moments to get Madzie away from Valentine. The only thing worse than having Madzie hurt, is having her turned into Valentine's pawn.

And that bit where he is crouched on the floor, looks at Iris and gets such a pissed off look on his face and is like "enough of this shit" and POOF, Iris is fucked!!! Love BAMF Magnus!!!!

They made a mistake in the shots. At 0:28 Magnus is seen walking past the broken bookshelf heading towards Iris, yet in 0:30 we see Iris is just standing up next to the broken bookshelf that, if the shot was right, Magnus would literally be walking right over her and is staring at the opposite wall. But at 0:30 Magnus is just coming out from his room to confront Iris.

one thing that never was explained it was if magnus ever recovered his spell book. if malec could had a spin off maybe we could have the answer to that by a flashback and also their trip to japan in 2x07. since the show changed so much from the books it could be the shadowhunters version of the elders curse triology. That would be season 1 and then the rest of the spin-off would happened after their wedding
