It’s a bad situation, but from a logical standpoint, Shaggy and/or his team could’ve been more transparent with the hospital and others. Talk about the milestones in getting the beds. The money been in the bank since January and the hospital is waiting, how could someone know that the money was save if they don’t see any changes? Just playing devil’s advocate.
