All I knew about Syed Ismail Shaheed and his movement was what our text books taught us at school. Never really got around to studying what the movement was about. It is shocking to now listen to Mohtaram Ghamdi sahib and to go look at the history of this movement. The parallels with the Taliban are uncanny, and frankly, devastating. Our entire education system needs a complete overhaul if we are to have any hope of finding our true role as the flag bearers of peace and justice in the world. Until we do so, we will keep torpedoing ourselves with destructive movements akin to Syed Ismail Shaheed’s and the Taliban’s.

Shah sahib baray admi they leken taqviyat ul iman se ikhtilaf hay aur ye un se bhi aik baray admi allama fazal e haq khair abadi ne kia tha. Unki kitab ghaliban tehqiq ul fatawa hay jisme unho ne taqviya ka rad kia hay, agar nahi parhi tu parh kar phir raiy qaim Karen. Shah sahib ne bohat se masail me ghalti ki hay. Doosra taqviyat abdul wahab najdi ki kitab e toheed ka urdu khulasa hay asal tasneef nahi hay. Dono ka mowazna kar leen.

, his logic that establishment Allahs religion in a piece of land is seen as revolutionary incident which is deemed as an ideal rather than the divine sunnah of Allah, this idea is very flawed. Dr israr ahmed marhoom did place a lot of emphasis on social sciences and understanding the foundations of societies and intertwining that with manhaj of the prophet saw. It’s literally false allegation and misunderstanding of the manhaj of Dr israr ahmed. In one speech, Dr israr in explaining inqilaab e nabwi, he explains whether you believe that it’s Allah who established Allahs religion or whether that’s the prophet, it is the same becuase the prophet saw was the means sabab. Ghamdi sahab is playing with words, his high aptitude of Urdu language is definitely captivating to listeners, his method of structural thoughts with deep analysis may fool people but an intellectual who pays attention and pieces together everything will come to a conclusion that he is playing around with words. The Quran uses the verse: ‏ولن تجد لسنة الله تحويلا that Allah doesn’t change his sunnah. This sunnah does refer to destruction of ppl who don’t believe, but this destruction in only possible under the premise that prophet or a person has conveyed the message in its entirety. The destruction of people is totally different which he calls sunnat ul Allah and inqilaab e nabwi is totally different. My brothers, don’t be fooled by his fancy speech, asal cheez hamare deen mai Amal chikni chapree bato se kaam nahi chalta. He mentions a lot of books grammar in Arabic , but he has differed on basics of our religion, fiqh. He is not a scholar so please do not take Islamic legal principles from him of halal and haram. As prophet saw has said “إِنَّ مِنَ الْبَيَانِ لَسِحْرًا ـ أَوْ ـ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الْبَيَانِ لَسِحْرٌ ‏"‏‏” some eloquent speeches are truly magic. So don’t be fooled by his eloquence and his analaysis. Think deeper and repeat his speech and you will price together that this guy disagrees with everyone and everything.
